Compliance platform for home health and hospice
American Healthcare Hub
Everything a small agency needs to stay survey-ready, in one login.
- 180+
- forms and policies kept current
- Every 6 hours
- federal and state sources checked for changes
- AES-256
- field-level encryption for staff records
The challenge
Home health and hospice agencies answer to CMS, the California Department of Public Health and their accreditor, and the rules change all year. Small agencies don't have a compliance department, so policies go stale, personnel files fall behind, and survey week turns into an emergency.
They needed one place that tells them what changed, what to do about it, and keeps the paperwork current while they run the business.
What we built
- Weekly action listAn automated pipeline watches the Federal Register, CMS and CDPH. Each change becomes plain-English actions with the official source named, and a person reviews it before it's published.
- Policy and forms library180+ fillable forms and policies, versioned, cited and updated when the rules change.
- CareOnboardRole-based onboarding staff finish from their phones. Licenses, signatures and training are tracked, renewals trigger reminders, and the personnel binder builds itself.
- Survey readiness auditA fixed-scope mock survey with cited findings and a corrective action plan.
- Built for sensitive dataA multi-agency architecture with field-level encryption and a full audit log.
- AI assistantAnswers agencies' questions about the Hub around the clock.

The result
The Hub is live for California agencies. The weekly action list, the forms library, CareOnboard and the readiness audit are all available today, each with its own page. Because we design, build and run it ourselves, we know what it takes to build software people rely on every day.
